I'm here as

For board members and decision makers

AI spend is rising, but nobody can show the board what it delivers.

KAIVANT gives your board three things: your organisation's AI baseline, how effectively you use AI today, and a sound basis for your AI adoption strategy.

What your board receives

The board summary, as your board would read it.

This is the first part of the KAIVANT report for a board. The structure and the rules are the same as in a real report.

What it takes

A light ask of your people, a clear answer for your board.

Time

About 25 minutes for each leader, and about 30 minutes for each employee who takes part.

Who

Your leadership team (at least three leaders), a group of your employees, and a Kaivant practitioner who leads the work.

Duration and fee

Agreed with your Kaivant practitioner, to fit your organisation and your region.

Who stands behind it

KAIVANT is a community of practitioners, thought leaders and ambassadors who keep a constant eye on how organisations are changing with AI, and on where the market is going.

That is the knowledge your Kaivant practitioner brings into the room.

Your data

Your data stays with your organisation. KAIVANT reuses only anonymised data, and your report never shows one person's answers.

How KAIVANT handles data

For your team: the method, the dimensions, the scoring logic and the research →

For HR and learning leaders

Your people are learning AI. Are they getting better at their work?

KAIVANT shows whether AI training builds real capability or only faster output, so you can steer your learning budget with evidence.

What you get

What HR and learning teams get.

Skills, not just usage
See whether people grow with AI, or only go faster.
The whole picture
Each person takes Kaivant-I. Your leaders take the Leadership Pulse. A Kaivant practitioner brings it together for the organisation.
Progress you can show
Measure again after your programme and see what changed.
People first, by design
Every report checks whether people still have a real say and can challenge AI. If that falls too low, the report flags it.

What it takes

A light ask of your people, evidence you can act on.

Time

About 30 minutes for each employee who takes part, and about 25 minutes for each leader.

Who

A group of your employees, at least three leaders, and a Kaivant practitioner who leads the work.

Duration and fee

Agreed with your Kaivant practitioner, to fit your organisation and your region.

Your people's data

Each person's read is for that person only. Your organisation sees group results, never one person's answers.

How KAIVANT handles data

Start with one team. See what AI is really doing to their skills, then decide where to invest.

For professionals

Take the free Kaivant-I Starter. In about 10 minutes you see how you work with AI today, and where you can grow.

A clear look at how you work with AI.

How you get work done with AI, and whether your own skills are growing or fading.
Clear next steps
Where to grow so AI makes you stronger, not weaker.

Free, private, and yours to keep.

For students

AI can do your homework. Can it also make you smarter?

Find out whether you are leaning on AI or growing with it. Free, and about 10 minutes.

The questions are about work. If you are still studying, answer for your projects, internship, part-time job or hobbies.

Explained simply

Leaning on AI, or growing with it.

Leaning on AI

AI does the thinking. You get the answer, but you slowly lose the skill.

Growing with AI

AI stretches your thinking. You get the answer and you keep getting better.

Why it matters

Employers will look for people who can do both: use AI and still think for themselves.

Keep exploring

What is AI deskilling?

How skills fade when AI does all the work.

The instrument for AI-capable organisations

Make AI build your organisation, not hollow it out.

KAIVANT is an advanced human-centric assessment platform for AI transformation programmes. It measures whether AI is compounding your organisation's capability or quietly depleting it, and enables in-house or external Certified Kaivant Practitioners to close the gap. The two assessment instruments to know where you stand are Organisation and Individuals.

Kaivant

From kai (改, continuous change) and avant (ahead of the curve). The discipline of staying in front of AI, so it compounds your advantage instead of quietly hollowing it out.

For leadership · Executive readout

See where AI is building your organisation, and where it is hollowing it out.

What it means

Steer and improve reading

Illustrative organisation. Not a real client.
Run in days Tracked quarter on quarter Read by Certified Kaivant Practitioners

What you get

What leadership walks away with.

A number you can govern against
One defensible AI-nativeness score, not a deck of usage stats. Track it quarter on quarter and hold the line.
Early warning on capability risk
See the gap between output and depth before it surfaces as missed targets or quiet attrition.
A neutral case for hard calls
An independent instrument depersonalises reorganisation, investment, and readiness decisions.
Practitioners, not just a report
Every score comes with Certified Kaivant Practitioners who lead the intervention in the room with you.

From score to outcome

The score is the diagnosis. The practitioners are the cure.

A number on its own changes nothing. KAIVANT pairs the measurement with the people trained to act on it.

Step 01
Diagnose
Kaivant-O and Kaivant-I score where your organisation and your people actually stand. Days, not months, and no new tooling to roll out.
Step 02
Intervene
A Certified Kaivant Practitioner reads the result in your context and leads the work that closes the gap, with leadership in the room.
Step 03
Compound
Leverage and capability start reinforcing each other, so the AI gains keep building instead of quietly leaking away.
The practitioners are the product as much as the score. Certified Kaivant Practitioners are trained on both the instrument and the intervention. They sit with leadership, not behind a portal.

Entry by decision

The score earns its keep when a decision is stuck.

Start with the question closest to the one already on your agenda.

01Justify the AI spendThe board wants to know what the AI investment is returning. Usage figures will not close that question.Read entry → 02Underperforming deploymentThe tools are in and adoption is solid, but the projected gains have not landed and nobody can say where the gap is.Read entry → 03Reorganisation coverA structural change is on the table. A neutral instrument depersonalises the argument and gives the room something to read.Read entry → 04The board is askingA board or investor question about AI nativeness is on the agenda. Usage figures are not an answer.Read entry → 05Capability riskYour team produces more with AI. Whether they are getting better at the work is a different, measurable question.Read entry → 06The AI skills gapYour team is upskilling in AI. Whether the right capability is actually developing is a different question, one that skills training does not track.Read entry → 07Pilot purgatoryEvery pilot looks promising and none of them scale. The bottleneck is a capability gap, rarely a technical one.Read entry → 08Leadership bottleneckYour AI-enabled people are faster than your decision structure. That gap creates friction at the top of every workflow and your best performers notice it first.Read entry → 09Two-speed organisationHalf the organisation runs on AI, half is watching. The adoption average looks fine. The distribution does not.Read entry → 10Agentic AI readinessYou are deploying agents that act autonomously. Whether your people can supervise them is measurable before launch.Read entry →

Why it holds up in the room

Built to survive scrutiny.

Efficiency cannot mask brittleness
Scoring is non-compensatory. A strong output score will not paper over a thinning capability base, so the number does not flatter you.
Human dignity is a hard floor
Dignity and agency are a floor, not a nice-to-have. Breach it and the result is flagged as a structural risk, not averaged away.
Independent and neutral
A third-party number the room can argue with, rather than another internal opinion competing for the last word.

KAIVANT is in operational use, in its first phase. Individuals and organisations are completing assessments, and every one adds to the evidence base. Validation status: the method is practice-proven and research-grounded. Statistical validation from KAIVANT's own data grows with every assessment.

See where your organisation stands.

Most teams start with a single decision on the table and one assessment. We will put the right practitioner in the room.
